Great getaway Awesome place and location

Wonderful home! We booked this house for our annual Church festival. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It's at a comfortable distance from restaurants and shopping and there's a PRIVATE POOL! What's not to love?

Great location and very clean This was our second time staying at Bahia Breeze and we love this property. It is located on the canal in Bahia Bay and perfect if you are going out fishing. There is a cleaning station on the canal with lights to clean fish. The house is spotless clean and the beds are very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property if going to Rockport, TX.

Rockport retreat As a family, we took a trip down to the coast for some fishing, relaxing on the beach, and retail therapy. We settled on Rockport because of the location and proximity to all the things we were interested in enjoying. The beach house we stayed in was only a block from the bay. It was very well cared for with a great kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and large bathrooms with an abundance of hot water and AC. We will definitely stay here again.

Quick get away with friends Perfect for me and my three co-workers for a quick fishing trip. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. Furniture and bedding all in great shape and the table and chairs on the upper patio were perfect for night socializing.

Snapper Season Fun The second time we have stayed there, easy check in and out in a good neighborhood. The house was immaculate and every bedroom has its own TV. Very comfortable for tired fishermen.

Great Staff, not your average Vacation Rental service. Above and beyond giving local recommendations for food, fun and safe beaching.

rented property for the band and family for my 60th birthday party. Convenient location, great quiet neighborhood. Good Location to boating, fishing, and kids can play safely in the area.

The Good getaway The house was perfect, with many beach options to pick from!

Cute Little GetAway Place We loved this cute house. It was spotless, and had a bright, cheerful beach theme decor. The bed was super comfortable in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom had two cute single beds. There were plenty of towels, dish soap, garbage bags, and laundry detergent. Kitchen was well stocked with cute dishes, and glasses. Each shower had shampoo, and body wash. The backyard was cute. The back part of the fence is not a privacy fence. The neighbors dogs initially barked when we went outside in the back yard, but they settled down fairly quickly. Dont forget to use mosquito spray. :) There is ample room for a boat in the front drive way, when backing in a little sideways. :) I didnt get a response when texting the number given for questions. However, I did get an immediate response when I text from my husbands phone. It is probably because the reservation was booked using my husbands number. The Neighborhood is quiet, and very safe. The Neighbor's are friendly. This Adorable house looks just like the pictures. Its not close to the beach or water, but is within close driving distance. We spent our days out on the boat, and it was a Lovely Trip! *The ac unit has a Nest Thermostat, but it stayed nice and cool, once the desired temperature was reached. *Extended check out time is accepted, for an extra $25. an hour, if Available. *A $250. refundable deposit is required with this booking. We did get our deposit promptly refunded after we checked out.

Family Vacation We had a wonderful time! Plenty of room and had all the needed comforts!

Great place The house was very clean, had plenty of towels. Plenty of cleaning stuff that help our stay feel clean.

Everyone who reached out was polite and professional. They all provided great information and/or resolved my inquiry promptly.

This property has to be on the top of anyone's list looking for a relaxing weekend or a fishing trip to the Texas coast. The setting and the property are both 10 out of 10.

Fathers Day Birthday Mini Vacation We enjoyed our stay at the house.The pool was a short walk.Everything was a quick drive away.

They are very kind and easy to work with. Easy to get a hold of when needed. I had some issues booking through one of the rental apps (VRBO-some sort of glitch). I was able to grt ahold of the staff quickly and ensure we were booked and any next steps. Very pleased with the response and effort!

This is a great home with all the amenities you need. Its close enough to everything but still gives privacy tucked away in a neighborhood. We have enjoyed our stay each time and look forward to coming back next year!!
