Nothing Short of Spectacular! The Historical Wood home was like stepping back in time, but with all of the modern conveniences. This home was beautifully and impeccably restored. The back porch, swimming pool, covered pavilion and front porch rockers were enjoyed by all. The home was very clean and the beds were wonderful. We loved how the family of this home used original fixtures, mirrors and photographs to accentuate the history of this historical dwelling. The air conditioning worked fabulously and is one of a kind. Everything about this home is over the top perfection.

When we had questions they answered in a timely manner and were very helpful with what we needed.

This is a beautiful home, the layout is great and overall we had a wonderful time.

Great stay getaway! Came with family to enjoy the summer sun at rockport! Place is close to many restaurants and shops, 10 minutes away from rockport beach and many many fishing piers! Will return in the future! Best place for great value! The on-site private pool is great to cool of from hot sun! Overall mermaids haven is a haven for all!

Exactly as expected and MORE We arrived at the house and immediately fell in love. The house was spotless and exactly as pictured/described. It was perfect for our family. We had a little incident the first night and got locked out (pretty sure my 3yr old played with the locks). We had to call the after hours emergency line, which I already had saved in my phone because we rent from Y Knot every time we visit. We have known Marie for years and are always thankful for her help. She raced over and got us back in the house in no time and had a smile on her face the whole time even though we crashed her evening. So thank you to the Y Knot crew for always being there for the tenants! The rental was beautiful and had everything we needed. We will be staying again!

We originally booked another of your properties when we thought our group was larger. Upon discovering one couple would not be able to join us, your team was very accommodating in letting us select another property that was better suited to our group size. The refund was quickly processed.

We had wonderful weekend of fishing and dining in Rockport. Clocked Out was a relaxing home base for our trip.

House on the water Very nice place. Great place to stay with boat in the water ready to go fishing.

Great home love the lay out so spacious Marie was amazing it was a holiday weekend and she answered my calls and e-mails anytime I needed her my only complaint was the hot tub wasnt working the weather wasnt so great and having the hot tub would have been amazing it seems it hasnt worked in a long time from other reviews but overall absolutely amazing.

Nice and clean. Was perfect for our family of four. Not real close to any beach but everything was a quick and easy drive.
