Wonderful home for a family. We had two families with two children each stay at the home. So much space for the children and adults. The weather was rather cold for Spring Break week, but the heated pool was a life saver! The screened in porch shielded the wind and a great place for the adults to hang out and play cards. This was the second time renting the property and we cant wait to come back!

Fabulous Property. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. It is a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again!

It was a fantastic time and we really appreciated all of the things that were provided, making our trip much easier and much more enjoyable. It is neighboring our old property and it was so nice to be back. We will most certainly be back in the warmer seasons to go fishing!

Loved this home! Great size for my family of 5. Its beautiful, clean, well stocked with all the essentials and located in a good area. Very quiet and seemed like a very safe neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly. The neighborhood is a bit dark but felt safe at all times.

The weather did not cooperate with us, but we still had a great time. Very spacious house and it actually looks exactly like the pictures that are posted. From experience, we know thats not always the case. We also had a last minute changer and received an immediate response. Well definitely stay here again.

Perfect as always! This was our second stay and we will continue to return. The home has everything you need and is conveniently located to get out and explore Rockport.

Great location for a family vacay.. We really enjoyed our family vacay in Rockport. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was close to the beach, and many restaurants and stores. The house was clean and well stocked. I will add that I wish they had coffee, creamer and sugar on hand. You will also need salt and pepper, and cooking oil, etc. if you plan to cook meals. The pool table and arcade games were a plus. Unfortunately, we couldnt enjoy the pool due to it being way too cold, but it looked clean and inviting. Overall, we really had a very comfortable and pleasant stay! Thank you!

Better than expected. House was very clean and nicer than expected. Owner responded immediately before, during, and after the trip.

Peaceful & Clean! This may be one of the cleanest properties we have stayed at. A cozy and inviting place, the owners took the time to make it feel like a home. I didn't realize that in order to get to the beach in Port Aransas we would need to take the ferry and since we stayed here during spring break it took us an hour each way, not the property's fault but something to keep in mind of you are set on visiting the beach in Port Aransas. There are a few restaurants nearby with great food and drinks. Overall a great stay and comfortable bed in the master bedroom.

Great house! Parking in driveway was long enough for my 24ft boat and long bed truck! Canal was perfect too for leaving out early and skipping the launch.

Nutshell: beautifully restored historic gem with all the modern comforts wrapped in a warm nostalgic blanket of a colorful past.

They were very helpful and responsive prior to our stay. We had no need to contact them during our stay. Everything went smoothly.

It was a perfect place for our family to gather for Christmas to be near my brother's family who lives nearby.

Enjoyed our stay We had a great time

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Patio on the water was a great place to drink you morning coffee. The house was clean and beds were acceptable. The 3 bathes were a plus. The one draw back ,the bedrooms and baths had multiple step downs that could be a tripping hazard. With that said we would stay there again.

Great trip Came down for the Hummerbird Festival and the house was perfectly located. The pool was a nice, refreshing cool down for each afternoon, and the space within the house made it so everyone was comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Marie & Danise were very responsive when we asked called/texted questions pre-arrival, during our stay, and the day we checked out.

With the 5 ladies in our group, each of whom had their own bedroom, the one thing that was definitely missing was a mirror (wall or free-standing) in each bedroom to make getting ready a bit easier!

Loved this home because it was just that a home. Short distance from the beach. This was the perfect place for a little family getaway!
