Location, location, location is where this home sits...Redfish Bay/Estes Flats, home to some of the best fishing in TEXAS. YES, your backyard is the canal where you can park your boat(s), fish, sail, kayak or ski off your own private dock while enjoying the Salt Life.
Ideal for large groups of family or friends as there is ample lounging on the back porch, private dock and pool area. Tranquility at its' best, whether you are sipping morning coffee or your favorite evening beverage the pool lounge area is the gathering spot for all ages. Surrounded by tropical foliage and a water view makes for the perfect 'chillaxin' zone. Large fenced yard for games, horseshoes, washers and more.
Our canals and bays are filled with Redfish, Trout, Flounder, Sheepshead, Triple Tail to mention a few. You can clean your catch at your private cleaning station then cook away on your charcoal grill or the gas grill day or night. There is a charcoal grill available for you to use.
Inside we have 4 bedrooms, 3 king beds and 1 has 2 queens able to sleep 10 people. With nearly 1800 sq ft this spacious home has an open floor plan, 2 lounge areas that is blessed with priceless water views. Home comes fully stocked from kitchen utensils to bedroom linens.
The Second lounge area has a 70" Flat Smart TV with Roku/Netflix, shuffle board, large dining table and direct access to pool area.
Home has ample parking for multiple vehicles or a boat trailer, plus a 2 car garage for guest use.
Please note we do charge a non refundable pet fee of $125.00 per pet. If pet fee is not collected at booking guest will be charged after booking by property management company.

Fishing is great off the dock
We were able to catch more trout and redfish off the dock than we were off the boat. Redfish during the day and trout at night. Place was nice and spacious for the entire family. Overall I would get this place again before any other property around, especially for the price.

Great place to relax, FISH and more fish, park your boat in the back of the house. Go fish bring the fish back clean them at your own private cleaning station on your own private dock. Start a fire in the grill. While your fish are cooking rinse the boat off and its ready for the next morning. Watch football with guest with good a/c and cold beverages with two fun family rooms for family and guest. Shower in nice accommodations go to bed in one of the four bedrooms. And if you have time relax in the pool. We stayed a week and we was wishing we had booked a month. We will be going back soon.

The weather did not cooperate with us, but we still had a great time. Very spacious house and it actually looks exactly like the pictures that are posted. From experience, we know thats not always the case. We also had a last minute changer and received an immediate response. Well definitely stay here again.

- Please Note: All property bulkheads are privately owned. Please do not cross over to any neighbors’ dock without permission. It is considered trespassing and you will be in violation of property house rules.
- A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
