It was a fantastic time and we really appreciated all of the things that were provided, making our trip much easier and much more enjoyable. It is neighboring our old property and it was so nice to be back. We will most certainly be back in the warmer seasons to go fishing!

This is our second time to stay at this house and we love it!!! The house is clean, decorated nicely, comfortable, and spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable! It sitting right in between Rockport and Aransas Pass with great access to the bay by boat. We will be back and highly recommend this house as your destination!!!

- Please Note: All property bulkheads are privately owned. Please do not cross over to any neighbors’ dock without permission. It is considered trespassing and you will be in violation of property house rules.
- A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
