Planning a relaxing weekend or a memorable family vacation? Off the Charts will bring you a sense of peace and relaxation the minute you step inside. Located in City By The Sea on a scenic waterfront lot you can enjoy fishing the canal, watching the birds and wildlife in the estuary from the kitchen window or front porch or grab a refreshing drink and watch the kids play in the backyard.  Please note that this is not a pet friendly home.  The owner is very allergic to pets. 

Off the Charts features an open floor plan for entertaining, vaulted ceiling and a unique shell chandelier are two charming accents to the family area creating the perfect ambiance. Enjoy conversations while making memories having an old fashion sit down meal watching the boats go by...the oversized dining table is the place to be when serving breakfast or dinner! The fully stocked kitchen is accented with a surf board eating bar which seats four or can be used for serving buffet style meals!

We have a Keurig and a coffee maker so wake refreshed with your coffee and enjoy the upstairs balcony to watch the panoramic sunrise over the canal, truly a sight to see if you dare to be an early riser! The fully furnished kitchen also includes a pantry storage with serving dishes galore for entertaining to your hearts delight. Pots and pans, regular dishes as well as holiday dishes, spices and a few condiments for your use. 

The primary bedroom is right off the living room and features an over-size shower, a flat screen tv and full bath. While secondary bedroom is on the other side of the living room with a queen bed, flat screen tv and full bath as well.

Take a stroll downstairs and you enter the bunk room. Perfect area to watch your favorite movie or game on a flat screen tv and three leather recliners. Directly behind the recliners you will find full size solid wood bunks for 4 adults (not to exceed 600 lbs on each level), two twin beds setup as day beds make a perfect place for the little ones. 

Just a few steps away is the third bedroom with a queen bed, a great view of the canal, a full bath with oversize shower and access to the laundry room that comes with full-size washer and dryer.

The back porch greets you with the adorably ugly crab bench, a lovely tropical landscaped backyard and seating by the waterfront...where you can install the umbrellas or enjoy the sunshine! A gas grill or a charcoal grill awaits you in the evening to grill up your catch of the day!

The dcor and wide open floor plan was great for our family gathering. It had been about 8 years since our whole family vacation together for an extended time. The comforts of the home were perfect for this occasion.

  • Please Note: All property bulkheads are privately owned. Please do not cross over to any neighbors’ dock without permission. It is considered trespassing and you will be in violation of property house rules.

Cancellation Policy:
  • A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
