The Rockport's Heritage and Cultural Arts District overlooking the Rockport harbor is only a few minutes from the home. Enjoy Rockport’s beautiful blue wave beach, restaurants/cafes, shopping, festival grounds, fishing, museums, art galleries and much, much, more! There is something for everyone with shopping, art galleries, museums, kayak rentals, duck hunting, bird watching, beaches, restaurants & festivals year around, too mention a few.
Aransas Pass is also just a few minutes from the property. Enjoy easy access to the bays, intercoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico by visiting The Conn Brown’s Harbor Point Park. The Harbor offers several ramps, bait stands, picnic tables, public lighted fishing pier and a lighted parking lot. You can launch your boat from the public boat ramp at Conn Brown's Harbor Point Park and within minutes, you'll be in some of the best flats fishing areas the Texas coast has to offer! There are piers and miles of shoreline to fish from. Spend the day and utilize our low-cost transient docks and boat pump-out. Aransas Pass also has a great family Aquatic Center, Bowling Alley and Movie Theater you can visit when you are not playing on the water.
Please note we do charge a non refundable pet fee of $125.00 per pet. If pet fee is not collected at booking guest will be charged after booking by property management.

They are very kind and easy to work with. Easy to get a hold of when needed. I had some issues booking through one of the rental apps (VRBO-some sort of glitch). I was able to grt ahold of the staff quickly and ensure we were booked and any next steps. Very pleased with the response and effort!

This is a great home with all the amenities you need. Its close enough to everything but still gives privacy tucked away in a neighborhood. We have enjoyed our stay each time and look forward to coming back next year!!

Great stay getaway!
Came with family to enjoy the summer sun at rockport! Place is close to many restaurants and shops, 10 minutes away from rockport beach and many many fishing piers! Will return in the future! Best place for great value! The on-site private pool is great to cool of from hot sun! Overall mermaids haven is a haven for all!

Perfect getaway home!!! My family had a great time! The backyard is such a nice addition, our kids loved swimming in the pool, playing volleyball and watching movies outside. Super cozy beds and lots of extra pillows and blankets. Will definitely book next year!

Perfect getaway house! Such a lively experience staying here. This house is so much nicer than the pictures show! Our family had a wonderful weekend away here. The kids loved swimming in the pool and we sunbathed, grilled and watched movies. The house was super clean and the beds are so comfy and everything you could need is here plus the beach is right down the road. :) The neighborhood is also very quiet, which is a great alternative to the sometimes noisy, party neighborhoods in Port A. Overall, we had such a peaceful, relaxing little vacation here and cannot wait to come back in the summer.
