The house was spacious and the bedroom were very comfortable. The pool was plus. I will stay at this property again.

Just what we needed! Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to not have to worry about mosquitoes! We honestly never had to spray repellent and never swapped one mosquito! Being on the canal we were very surprised! We had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back to this home!

Very comfortable, clean and roomy for our family of 4 (2 teens). Quiet neighborhood central to Austin Street (art area) and Rockport Beach (bay beach - low key bird sanctuary, very shallow and few waves). Short drive / ferry ride to Port Aransas for family friendly gulf beaches too.

Property was what it was described as. Great for families. Only negative was we didnt have the opportunity to stay longer

The dcor and wide open floor plan was great for our family gathering. It had been about 8 years since our whole family vacation together for an extended time. The comforts of the home were perfect for this occasion.

The staff here is outstanding!!
